All VelociRAX hitch racks come with a garage mount for rack and bike storage, and the Tilt & Pivot Bike Storage Rack was designed to use in conjunction with this or on its own. The Tilt & Pivot rack can be mounted directly under the provided garage mount and used when your VelociRAX is on a vehicle. When hanging your VelociRAX on the garage mount, pivot the Tilt & Pivot tire baskets to the wall and hang your VelociRAX in the same spot! Of course, the Tilt & Pivot Storage Rack can be mounted wherever is most convenient, but having this option can optimize garage organization when space is at a premium. Only use fat tire baskets with fat tire bikes– they will NOT work with standard mountain bike tires. Standard tire baskets can carry tire widths 3 inches and smaller. Full front fenders must be removed for use with the Tilt & Pivot tire baskets. Stubby mud fenders (as shown in the pictures) will work great with the tire baskets.
